Universal Absorbent Mini Pillows applies for most leakage catch up except hazardous chemical liquids. This product is ideal as an emergency product to clean up small spills or leaks in small, hard-to-reach spaces.

Clay is a traditional method for cleaning spill stains on the ground. To absorb spill the same weighted clay is needed. When apply clay for spill containment, the operator needs to hold heavy clay and constantly sprinkle it on the spill. Dust will be inhaled in the nasal cavity, and the mixture of clay and liquids on the soles of your feet will be carried wherever you go. The clay will allow the liquids to stay on the surface of the particles, and as gravity continues to act, the liquids will fall back to the ground. In comparing with clay, universal absorbent absorbing rate is 10 times and it lock liquid on its fiber surface, which is more economic and environmental friendly solution.

General speaking most industrial liquids are not corrosive, but direct contact with human body might cause eye hurt , skin irritation, or potential slipping. Therefore, some primary PPE is still needed in process of spill handling.

No ! Absorption of flammable liquids does not change its physical and chemical properties. Treat saturated absorbents with the same storage, handling and safety precautions as you would use with the liquids that has been absorbed.

We do not recommend secondary use. Used universal absorbents should be disposed as waste according to the adsorbed chemical liquid as soon as possible. Picker is an 1 meter aluminum alloy clip and it helps for picking up absorbent . In real application , just hold the handle at one end and the other section of the clip will pick up the saturated absorbent. The material of the clip is resistant for acid, alkali and corrosion and can pick up items less than 5 kg stably. By application picker no direct body contact with saturated pad is needed for safety. And you can treat it as PPE personal safety. Meanwhile it make operators’ picking up easier especially for the saturated absorbent in corner -- no need to bend down or squat when placing and picking up, which reduces labor intensity greatly.

Damp cartons causes more moisture filtration which affects the adsorption performance. The plastic box is stronger and isolates moisture more effectively.
