UPQUARK 2 drum spill containment deck, also known as a 2 drum spill deck and a spill pallet for 55 gallon drum, is applicable for the storage and liquid dispensing of 2 ea 55 – gallon drums.

This 2 drum low profile spill pallet, which is a type of low profile spill containment pallet and low profile drum spill pallet, has a 15 – cm low – profile height. This height makes drum loading a simple task, allowing the operator to distribute liquid in the drums easily while standing on the ground. As an all – weather spill pallet, it can be used in various conditions.

UP QUARK spill containment deck’s low height design makes 55-gallon drum loading , operation & storage an easier job. It is friendly to operators who needs to discharge or fill in liquid frequently . The 2 drum deck’s sump capacity is less than 66 gallons so it can’t be a long term liquid storage station but it is ideal temporary storage platform for small-capacity containers or oil stained tools during equipment maintenance.

UP QUARK 2 drum spill containment deck applies for corrosive chemical liquids. Its integrated seamless structure ensures tight connection for leakage containment.
Each 2 drum spill containment deck is equipped with 1 pc chemical compatibility strip. When you are not quite sure about the chemical compatibility between spill containment deck vs liquid to store, just dig the test strip in the liquid to see whether there is chemical reaction there.
Not recommend to apply UP QUARK 2 drum spill containment deck for pyrophoric liquid. The deck is made by high-density polyethylene, and it will melt when pyrophoric liquid burns so the combustion will expand as the pyrophoric liquid flows. Steel spill containment pallet is more suitable to store pyrophoric liquids. Steel spill containment is sturdy and can contain leaked pyrophoric liquids in the pallet to prevent combustion expansion.
Siphon pump is best way to empty leaked liquid in deck. It will not cause secondary leakage and avoid operator’s body contact with liquid for safety consideration.
We provide connection fasteners and pls follow our instructional video. Just drill holes on deck body and you can install them yourself easily.

No, we do not recommend dynamic moving of loaded pallets.
The deck should be placed indoors and avoid direct sunlight exposure. It can be stacked to save space. Pls do not impact or drop it violently.
