Model: UP-1502The IBC Spill Deck, which can be seen as an IBC spill pallet and IBC spill containment pallet, makes the IBC loading an easy job and is an ideal platform for liquid dispensing.
Functioning as modular IBC spill pallets, the operator can stand on the ground and operate the IBC conveniently.

What's special for UP-1502
- With a low profile of 24 cm, this IBC Spill Deck, also a type of modular IBC spill pallets, enables quick IBC tank loading
- When the IBC tank is loaded on 1502, the top of the tank is 40cm away from the operator’s face. This design ensures no liquid splash will jump into people’s eyes when a spill happens
- The spill containment area can be extended by connecting modular pallets, which are also a kind of IBC bunded pallets, as one platform. The sump capacity of each pallet can be multiplied by liquid circulation among pallets
- This smart grating – free design provides a stable and economic IBC tank storage solution, similar to what an IBC bund and bund for IBC would offer
- HDPE is selected for enhanced loading capacity compared to most LLDPE pallets in the market
- A chemical compatibility pad is equipped to test whether this spill containment pallets for totes could be used to store liquid

UP QUARK IBC spill deck’s sump capacity is less than 1100 liters so it can’t be a long term liquid storage station but it is ideal temporary storage platform for small-capacity containers or oil stained tools during equipment maintenance. It is friendly to operators who needs to discharge or fill in liquid frequently.
We provide connection fasteners and pls follow our instructional video. Just drill holes on deck body and you can install them yourself easily.
It is platform connected by modular IBC spill decks and its sump capacity could be increased by adding more modular IBC spill deck.
It applies for scenarios where more than 4 IBC tanks need to be stored for a long period of time . The cost of one IBC spill deck is only half that of a standard IBC spill pallet meanwhile IBC spill deck takes up less space.

Each UPQUARK IBC spill deck is equipped with 1 pc chemical compatibility strip. When you are not quite sure about the chemical compatibility between spill containment pallet vs liquid to store, just dig the test strip in the liquid to see whether there is chemical reaction there.
Not recommend to apply UPQUARK IBC spill deck for spontaneous combustion liquid. The deck is made by high-density polyethylene, and it will melt when spontaneous combustion liquid burns so the combustion will expand as the spontaneous combustion liquid flows. Steel spill containment pallet is more suitable to store spontaneous combustion liquids. Steel spill containment is sturdy and can contain leaked spontaneous combustion liquids in the pallet to prevent combustion expansion.
24 supporting columns design eliminates grating for economic solution. Its loading capacity is verified by 6-month simulated 5000kg loading test by BV.
The simulated load test is to simulate actual application. In fact the loading and loading application is harsher then the condition in lab . This test is conducted continuously for no less than 6 months.
The ordinary load test at 3rd party just lasts a few hours and only reflect short-term load performance. The simulated load test reflects whether the spill pallet’s performance stability in long-term.
The flexural modulus of HDPE is twice that of LLDPE, which means that the HDPE’ strength doubled LDPE’s strength. UP QUARK spill deck uses reinforced HDPE in order to maximize the load capacity.
Pump is best way to empty leaked liquid in deck. It will not cause secondary leakage and avoid operator’s body contact with liquid for safety consideration.
No, there is no forklift port and can the deck should be loaded on pallet for moving.
No, we do not recommend dynamic moving of loaded decks.
The spill pallet should be placed indoors and avoid direct sunlight exposure. It can be stacked to save space. Pls do not impact or drop it violently.
