2 Drum spill containment deck with drain plug is applicable for scenarios such as frequently drums loading and liquid dispensing.

It is designed for 2×55 gallon drum storage and spill containment . Low-profile 15 cm height makes drum loading a simple job and operator can distribute liquid in the oil drums easily while standing on the ground.

We do not recommend drain plug spill pallet for corrosive chemical liquids storage and spill containment. For details, pls refer (text link).

UPQUARK 2 drum spill containment deck with drain plug’s low height design makes 55-gallon drum loading , operation & storage an easier job. It is friendly to operators who needs to discharge or fill in liquid frequently . UPQUARK 2 drum spill containment deck with drain plug’s sump capacity is less than 66 gallons so it can’t be a long term liquid storage station but it is ideal temporary storage platform for small-capacity containers or oil stained tools during equipment maintenance.
You must have spill containment pallet with a minimum of either 25% of the total volume of the containers or 110% of the largest container, whichever is the greater volume.
Not recommended to use with corrosive chemical liquids storage and spill containment. During the liquid discharging process by drain plug, there is risk of secondary leakage & body contact with liquid. To make it more clearly: Only integrated and seamless secondary containers can be 100% leak-proof while spill pallet with drain plug should not be applied for corrosive chemical liquids.
Not recommend to apply 2 Drum spill containment deck with drain plug for pyrophoric liquid. The pallet is made by high-density polyethylene, and it will melt when pyrophoric liquid burns so the combustion will expand as the pyrophoric liquid flows. Steel spill containment pallet is more suitable to store pyrophoric liquids. Steel spill containment is sturdy and can contain leaked pyrophoric liquids in the pallet to prevent combustion expansion.
Can apply drain plug for liquid discharging but do keep in mind wearing PPE such as goggles and gloves since there is risk of body contact with liquid.
When incumbent plug is loosened, it must be replaced with a new one per regulation requirement.
Fluorine rubber sealing ring shows better chemical & oil resistance and higher safety performance comparing with other rubber ring.
No need . The pallet’s height is low and using ramp will increase unnecessary workload.
No, we do not recommend moving loaded pallets.
The pallet should be placed indoors and avoid direct sunlight exposure. It can be stacked to save space. Pls do not impact or drop it violently.
