Drum spill tray is applicable for scenarios such as frequently drums loading and liquid dispensing.

It is designed for single 55 gallon drum storage and spill containment. Low-profile 19 cm height makes drum loading a simple job and operator can distribute liquid in the oil drums easily while standing on the ground.

UP QUARK single drum spill tray’s low height design makes 55-gallon drum loading , operation & storage an easier job. It is friendly to operators who needs to discharge or fill in liquid frequently . The single drum spill pallet’s sump capacity is less than 66 gallons so it can’t be a long term liquid storage station but it is ideal temporary storage platform for small-capacity containers or oil stained tools during equipment maintenance.
You must have spill containment pallet with a minimum of either 25% of the total volume of the containers or 110% of the largest container, whichever is the greater volume.

Not recommend to apply UP QUARK Drum spill tray for pyrophoric liquid. The pallet is made by high-density polyethylene, and it will melt when pyrophoric liquid burns so the combustion will expand as the pyrophoric liquid flows. Steel spill containment pallet is more suitable to store pyrophoric liquids. Steel spill containment is sturdy and can contain leaked pyrophoric liquids in the pallet to prevent combustion expansion.

Sure ! UP QUARK Drum spill tray has a two-way forklift port and can be applied to most forklifts.
No, we do not recommend moving loaded pallets.
The trays should be placed indoors and avoid direct sunlight exposure. It can be stacked to save space. Pls do not impact or drop it violently.
