The 2 drum spill deck’s sump capacity is less than 66 gallons so it can’t be a long term liquid storage station but it is ideal temporary storage platform for small-capacity containers or oil stained tools during equipment maintenance.
The steel grating increases deck’s loading capacity by 30%, and helps to load denser liquids.

UPQUARK 2 drum spill deck heavy duty model applies for corrosive chemical liquids. Its integrated seamless structure ensures tight connection for leakage containment.
Each 2 drum spill deck heavy duty model is equipped with 1 pc chemical compatibility strip. When you are not quite sure about the chemical compatibility between spill containment deck vs liquid to store, just dig the test strip in the liquid to see whether there is chemical reaction there.
Not recommend to apply UP QUARK 2 drum spill deck heavy duty model for pyrophoric liquid. The deck is made by high-density polyethylene, and it will melt when pyrophoric liquid burns so the combustion will expand as the pyrophoric liquid flows. Steel spill containment deck is more suitable to store pyrophoric liquids. Steel spill containment is sturdy and can contain leaked pyrophoric liquids in the deck to prevent combustion expansion.
